Real-time collaboration needs shared state and bounded turns. The bridge should maintain the brief, artifact versions, unresolved questions, and a decision log. It should also prevent endless agreement loops by requiring each exchange to produce a proposal, critique, decision, or measurable test.

More intelligence can create more noise.
Without orchestration, a second model may amplify confidence rather than improve judgment. The collaboration can become slower, more expensive, and less accountable while appearing more rigorous.

The useful experiment is a controlled comparison: give the same design brief to a strong single-system workflow and to the dual-model bridge. Use blinded human review where possible, and record both the final quality and the cost of getting there.
Hierarchy, coherence, accessibility, and fit to the brief.
Completion rate, continuity, and adherence to constraints.
Time, inference cost, handoffs, and human interventions.
Traceability, reversibility, and strength of supporting evidence.
